Adaptive Advertisement, Inc. ("Adaptive Advertisement," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Presently adaptive signage platform. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the privacy guarantees built into the Presently hardware.
The Presently device includes an on-device camera used solely to infer general audience signals (e.g., approximate age range, gender) for ad targeting purposes. We want to be explicit about what this means:
When you create a Presently account or contact us, we collect:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Our marketing website (adaptiveadvertisement.com) uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic patterns. We use this data to improve the site and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. You can disable cookies through your browser settings or use a browser extension to opt out of Google Analytics.
We retain account data for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation to allow for re-activation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@adaptiveadvertisement.com.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@adaptiveadvertisement.com.
We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for stored data. Remote administration of the Presently device happens exclusively over an encrypted WireGuard connection; the device accepts no other inbound access and operates independently of any cloud service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active customers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
